Some association documents are replete with arcane language. Others are just poorly drafted or ambiguous leading to more than one possible interpretation. Before commencing with expensive litigation to enforce a confusing restriction, we can provide a legal opinion of the intended meaning and application of the restriction in conjunction with applicable state and federal law.
